Blanc Pescador Premium

Xarel·lo and Chardonnay. Part of this Chardonnay has been barrel-aged for two months to give it a touch of sophistication. With a pale golden-yellow color and an intense aroma of fresh fruit, it also exhibits notes of vanilla derived from its aging in wood. The mouth is full-bodied with well-matching acidity. It is a flavorful wine with a medium-high structure and a pleasant finish of fresh herbs.

Production: Secondary fermentation using the Charmat method

Age: Young wine, with 25% of the Chardonnay barrel-aged for two months

Tasting notes: Golden straw-yellow color. Intense aroma of fresh fruit (banana and apple) with notes of vanilla derived from its aging in wood.
